FBSHApost@27 June 2016: It is no longer a domestic issue of Myanmar

The non interference policy of ASEAN is intended to protect the sovereignty of each state in ASEAN. However, this should not extend to remaining silence on gross violation of human rights or when there is crime against humanity committed. Moreover in the case of Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand it is no longer a domestic issue of Myanmar as the outflow of refugees is as a result of the actions of the extremist group with the tacit support of the government and military. The OIC has brought up the matter with all ASEAN governments. The UN and its Human Rights Commission have passed resolutions against the Government of Myanmar. This is very brief.
