The government will be strong if:
1) Policies and benefits are clearly explained to the rakyat.
2) Policy makers and implementers share the same ideals and values.
3) The story lines coming from every member of the administration and its officials are consistent and reliable.
4) Common objectives with no upmanship or seeking singular popularity at the expense of team members
5) Must reinforce the position of the leader of the team.
6) Transparency and governance to get the buy in to establish credibility and confidence.
